Job Role:

  • Providing reports to Directors for decision-making.
  • Updating financial models, project profitability reports, and forecasted project cash flows.
  • Updating group assets and liabilities reports.
  • Overall responsibility for planning budgetary processes and variance analysis.
  • Ability to handle multiple jobs and coordinate with top management.
  • Maintaining relationships with financial accountants, sales departments, legal, engineering, and QS teams.

Requisites:

  • Finalist or fully qualified in either CA, ACCA.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Over 3 years of audit experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Fluent in MS Excel, Office Packages, and accounting systems (knowledge of SAGE would be an added advantage).
  • Construction-related exposure is an added advantage.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or business is an added advantage.
