Job Vacancy: Assistant/Executive - HR

Job Profile:

  • Assisting HR functions such as checking attendance, preparing salaries, and handling all HR correspondence.
  • Assisting in the on-boarding process, which involves tasks such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Managing the off-boarding process, such as preparing service letters, EPF/ETF forms.
  • Performing day-to-day HR tasks as and when required.

Personal Profile:

  • Fully or part-qualified in HRM or Diploma level in the field of HRM from a recognized university or institute.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven, and possess the ability to perform under minimum supervision.
