Job Vacancy: Assistant/Executive - HR

Job Profile:
- Assisting HR functions such as checking attendance, preparing salaries, and handling all HR correspondence.
- Assisting in the on-boarding process, which involves tasks such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Managing the off-boarding process, such as preparing service letters, EPF/ETF forms.
- Performing day-to-day HR tasks as and when required.
Personal Profile:
- Fully or part-qualified in HRM or Diploma level in the field of HRM from a recognized university or institute.
- 1-2 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, and possess the ability to perform under minimum supervision.
