Job Description:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure HR & Safeguarding policies are implemented, monitored, and reviewed.
- Assist with employee relations, handle grievances, and provide administrative support for disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate staff training and development programs, including safeguarding programs.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Coordinate office activities and provide logistical support for events and meetings.
- Perform any additional administrative tasks as required.
- Travel to the field if necessary.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both HR, Administrative, and Safeguarding roles is an advantage.
- Experience in HR, administration, and safeguarding policies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
