Job Description:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure HR & Safeguarding policies are implemented, monitored, and reviewed.
  • Assist with employee relations, handle grievances, and provide administrative support for disciplinary procedures.
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs, including safeguarding programs.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Coordinate office activities and provide logistical support for events and meetings.
  • Perform any additional administrative tasks as required.
  • Travel to the field if necessary.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in both HR, Administrative, and Safeguarding roles is an advantage.
  • Experience in HR, administration, and safeguarding policies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
