Job Description:
- We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and self-motivated female receptionist to join our team at St. George International Montessori, Negombo.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Female, below 30 years old.
- G.C.E. A/L qualification.
- Professional qualifications are an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (school leavers are welcome).
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Sinhala.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures is preferred.
- Energetic, friendly, and patient demeanor.
- Professional appearance, self-confident, independent, and assertive.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality.
- Good organization, coordination, and time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
- Residing within Negombo.
