Job Description:

  • We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and self-motivated female receptionist to join our team at St. George International Montessori, Negombo.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Female, below 30 years old.
  • G.C.E. A/L qualification.
  • Professional qualifications are an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (school leavers are welcome).
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Sinhala.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures is preferred.  
  • Energetic, friendly, and patient demeanor.
  • Professional appearance, self-confident, independent, and assertive.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality.  
  • Good organization, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
  • Residing within Negombo.
